Liniment Oil

Liniment Oil is a traditional warming liniment, a long-standing recipe used as a sports rub. Methyl salicylate and camphor give a warming and cooling sensation, with clove, peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils, all carried in smooth sweet almond oil.

It is traditionally massaged into larger muscle groups such as calves, hamstrings and quads before, during or after activity as part of a warm-up or recovery routine, and into tense, tired muscles at the end of a long day. Because it contains active ingredients, please read the safety notes before use.

Ingredients: Sweet almond oil, methyl salicylate, camphor, clove oil, peppermint oil, eucalyptus oil.
